Terms of Service — Beta Participation

1) Who we are

RealDropHunt Labs (“we”, “us”) operates the DropX app and the RealDropHunt website.

2) Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing the app, site, or joining the DropX Beta, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, use the service in your own name, and comply with applicable laws.

3) Beta program

  • As-is: Beta builds may be unstable and change or stop at any time.
  • Access: We invite users in waves and may revoke access or reset data.
  • Feedback: You grant us a free, worldwide license to use feedback to improve the product without obligation to you.
  • Telemetry: We may collect technical and usage data to operate and improve the beta. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4) Accounts & acceptable use

  • One person = one account. Keep your credentials secure.
  • Allow location while using the app; it powers the map and nearby drops.
  • Prohibited: trespassing; unsafe behaviour; harassment; fraud; resale of access; scraping; reverse engineering; automated bots; GPS spoofing or location tampering.

5) Rewards, vouchers, tokens

  • Types: in-app collectibles, vouchers/QR perks, event passes, or (where supported) on-chain items (tokens/NFTs) including $RION.
  • No cash value: Unless explicitly stated by a partner, rewards are not cash and may be non-transferable. Quantities and availability are limited.
  • Expiry & partner terms: Each reward may have conditions or expiry. Partner redemption rules apply at checkout.
  • On-chain items: We are not a broker, exchange, or advisor. Network fees, custody, taxes and compliance are your responsibility. We do not guarantee value or liquidity.

6) Real-world safety

Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not hunt while driving, enter restricted areas, or break laws. You assume all risk related to your participation in real-world activities.

7) Content & IP

  • You own your user-generated content. You grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, display and use it in the service.
  • All DropX/RealDropHunt trademarks, logos, code, and designs are our property and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

9) Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any).

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

11) Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data collected during the beta.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

13) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Maribor, Slovenia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
